I would like to give the users the ability to change their subscription from the customer portal. My problem is that it looks like that the customer portal doesn't accept metric subscriptions.

Is there a way to add anykind of metrics subscription as option on the customer portal?

What do you mean when you say "metric subscriptions"? If you're referring to our usage-based prices (aka metered prices) then it is expected for the Customer Portal to not show these, and there is currently no workaround for that.
