Correct, major versions of our .NET SDK are pinned to specific API versions. As such your webhook endpoint expects events for the version 2022-11-15, but they're actually for an older version according to either your account version or how you created the webhook

You need to create a new webhook endpoint in your Dashboard with the correct API version. There's no specific documentation
