Here's the situation:

We have a customer we no longer want to do business with.

Keeps buying stuff. We keep refunding.

Stalker nonsenes.

#

We'd like to block him and/or his card, from within Stripe, using either the customer ID or the card information

Probably easiest way is to add them to your Radar block lists: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/radar/lists

I didn't think you needed Radar for Fraud Teams for that
