Okay so basically we're just asking what Support told you
You didn't respond so there isn't any context work re-opening the thread
i'm confused because we create a payment method
And someone else here (https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1086350998869643324) told me to reach out to support and now I feel like I'm in a loop
Okay so what is the question you asked Support and how is that answer not sufficient?
the question I asked support was the same question in the original thread
which karbi told me is a bug
and I already am doing what they said about creating the payment method with the option create payment method step.
so I feel as if I've entered a loop
cause i was told here that it's a bug, but support is telling me it's my integration because I need to do something that they think I'm not doing but I really am doing it.
- If Karbi said it was a bug, it's a bug. They're one of the smartest people I know.
- Support starts from the premise that it's your integration that's not working and that docs can solve it. This is true most of the time but not here.
Can you summarize the question you had with Karbi (I'm not going to re-read threads when I helping multiple people)
I got an error about not passing a mandate in for creating a subscription. He said report it it to support. Lol
When you reached to to Support did you mention that you had already raised this issue on Discord and been informed by Stripe staff that this behavior is a bug?
Yes and I sent them the discord link as well and a copy of the entire chat.

- You will probably need to push back on the Support response.
