upgrade from monthly to annual billing
I tried adding the annual version as an additional price on the product, but it does not appear on the billing portal.. it only shows up as an upsale on the checkout for that product
And how are you configuring your Customer Portal currently?

Yeah. If you use the API to create Customer Portal configurations you can specify exactly what products/prices can be changed
