Good question. I think that may be the limit on the invoice object itself but we do have an API endpoint that can be used to list more https://stripe.com/docs/api/invoiceitems/list

I wonder if it's possible to adjust that limit, it kind of reminds me the field expansion functionality although it doesn't require join tables internally or something like that.
