Reaching out either way should work. Also I found a support doc that details how to mark the subscription to be exempt from deletion from your dashboard

yup, i read that, but when i open 'actions' from the subscription that i want to exempt, i cannot see the 'Mark as exempt' option
We call it "Exclude from auto-cancellation"
