I don't think that is possible since readers are linked to locations which themselves are linked to accounts. But how fast were you thinking of swapping readers?

I have a scenario where a shop may want to sell memberships to different "clubs", each club with its own stripe account and was wondering if the shop could do it with one reader

so depending on which club is "active" on the till, the reader will process the transaction against that club's stripe account. Looking at the documentation I feel this is not possible

I think it could be achieved with Stripe Connect where the reader would belong to the Platform account and process charges for the Connected Accounts (the clubs)
