Hi 👋 can you elaborate? When you said the payment was canceled, are you referring to a Subscription object moving into a canceled state, a Payment Intent that was canceled, or possibly something else?

Hi. I am not sure of the differences? They are going to pay for my membership portal with monthly payments. I suppose that means when it says canceled it is the Payment Intent?

Under Payments and Subscriptions it says that the Subscription creation is cancelled. It seems like the payment og maybe it is the card has been rejected. Therefore the payment didn´t go through

Sorry, I'm very lost, in this forum we specialize in providing developers with guidance and assistance on working with our APIs as they are building custom integrations. Did you build your own integration that you're trying to get assistance with, or are you using either a no-code approach or a third-party plugin?

If you're specifically interested in why a single payment behaved the way it did, then I believe the dashboard will provide you with that insight, but we are not as familiar with what is shown in the Stripe dashboard in this forum.
