Hi, can you share the the payment object id with me please? It's likely due to the payment method type that is used on that payment and it may require additional information from the customer

Hey yes, the payment id is: pi_3MmPduKasHLvOShl15Pn0v9P and it is a test mode payment.

The payment method is an ACH source.

Yeap, this is documented here: https://stripe.com/docs/sources/ach-credit-transfer#refunds. The end user has to add bank details for it to succeed.

By default, we automatically contact the customer at the email address provided during source creation when a refund is created. When the customer provides us with their account information, we process the refund automatically.
