Unfortunately not sure how long that should take. This server is mostly for coding questions so we can't help with account specific support. In this case you should reach out to the platform as they are responsible for managing their custom accounts. They can reach out to Stripe if the issue is coming from our side

Yes, it was Stripe that returned the webhook and changed the status to restricted.
