Hello! The feature you linked to is not public, you have special access to it. We can't help with non-public features here, but you should be able to contact Stripe directly for help with this. Did you receive contact instructions when you were granted access to this functionality?

My apologies, the docs are confusing, I wish they identified features that aren't standard. It appeared this had moved from special access to regularly available. I wouldn't have asked the question here otherwise.

No worries. This is a tricky one because most of that page is public, but the specific section and feature you linked to is not. It's really hard to tell by just looking at the docs.

Yes :/ even if they just put some kinda tag on it so we knew it was not a public feature that would help us all 🙂
