Hello! Unfortunately we can't help with private betas here. When you were enrolled in the beta you should have received instructions for reporting bugs and getting help which you can follow to receive assistance with this issue.
I didn't get any of that information, I simply asked my account manager to enabled the feature, I sent them an email earlier this week and have been waiting to hear back.
Your account manager is likely the best point of contact in a case like this, they should be able to work with the team working on this beta and provide a response.
