We are creating the subscription with the promo code so we could have the payment secret so the user could pay for it.

But even if the user didn't finished the payment, the promo code is counted as redeemed

Well a Subscription will only stay in incomplete for 23 hours

#

Then it will move to incomplete_expired and the PaymentIntent will be canceled
