on us_bank_account sometimes returns require action so I do mictro depoist
on sepa_debit, not sure what to expect here

you use the IBAN ending with 3001 so it should have failed and returned a status requires_payment_method

so basically these test IBANs are only available for PaymentIntents, in SetupIntents they will always succeeed
