#1 Customer will get the full amount back.
#2 You will get negative balance on your account.
#3 It will be reversed.
Which means on #2, Stripe fees is for the LabFellows Platform and not the customer right ?
and hence that will be detected from the LabFellows Stripe Wallet
Yes, it's for the Platform.
I'm not sure, but I believe you might be able to have negative balance for some time, not sure how it will be settled in the long term. You can try asking Stripe Support, as this is not a technical question really: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Is there a place where we can go and see how much the platform has the amount and what are all the detected amounts ?
