Looks like you are trying to use a Stripe feature that is not availble on your account.

How exactly are you accepting payments? Which Stripe documentation are you following?

It's an integration for a WordPress plugin.

#

is it our account (Stripe connect merchant) or the actual customer using the integration?

As this is working fine for everybody else. And from what I see it's in "test mode" at the moment so it should work

Are you a platform using Stripe connect? And are you connected to the merchant that sees this error?

Can you share your account ID and the connected account ID?
