Hi, just to confirm you're asking to see if you can pass a description on a refund?

When a refund is made, the descriptor associated with the original charge will appear as the refund descriptor also. There is no way to explicitly pass it via the API, https://stripe.com/docs/api/refunds/create
As for the Express account, you can pass a Metadata: https://stripe.com/docs/api/refunds/create#create_refund-metadata with any additional information you'd like
that's fine if the original charge descriptor is the refund descriptor. and we can see that we can add metadata, but the customer is not able to view metadata in their Express account. is there a way we can show this?
