That is up to you. You can create a subscription with a $0 price on our side though it may be simpler and easier to just provision them access without dealing with any Stripe objects

and also I want to know, if I switch from free to paid with the invoice be created automatically if price is not $0 anymore?

I don't believe so for a $0 but haven't been able to check properly as the server is a bit bust. Can you try creating a subscription like that in test mode to double check? And yes we would attempt to bill the user if you switched from a $0 price to a chargeable one
