hello
i have an issue related to a payement that have been executed a few days ago
it returned success in the dashboard and i had the receipt
but later the status changed and it has been canceled
in other words the transaction was not made although it returned success the first time
any suggestions to solve this problem ?

The payment was disputed by the bank 2 days after it was processed
yes but i state it 2 days after it succeeded
because when i checked the status was success
i just want to understand how this works and how can i solve it
It's was processed successfully. But then the bank requested a dispute, and the funds were withdrawn.

It's not a problem on the Stripe side or a problem with your integraion. Disputes is something banks can do if they want.
my problem is that i had a receipt and it's been sent to the client
so now legally he paid his product and he had a proof
what i understand is that stripe cannot solve this issue because it's not someone's fault it's just how it works
but i told you about the situation i'm in , any suggestions how can i make things right ?

I would say, you also have a proof that the funds were withdrawn so you don't have to provide your service/goods anymore.
it's not that easy it's about insurance and there are policies
