Okay so when you create an account via the API you can provide those details in the company, individual, or business_profile parameters, depending on which one accepts the data you have.

For Standard and Express connected account, Stripe hosted onboarding page will be used. You may input as much as information you have, but the hosted page may prompt to ask more information if the information is insufficient

You can input them in the API, but the seller might be asked for any pre-filled information again in the hosted onboarding page
