It doesn't look like the Dashboard is respecting the billing_cycle_anchor or Billing start Date.

And if the first invoice goes out Apr 14, does that mean the next invoice will go out May 14 or will it then revert back to the billing cycle start date at the beginning of the month (i.e. May 1)?

Yes I'm looking at the actual API request the Dashboard generates and I'm not seeing the backdated billing_cycle_anchor.

Unfortunately it looks like the billing cycle would still be set to the 14th. I am raising this internally to get it addressed.
