1. You can inspect charges_enabled and payouts_enabled to see what functionality you have. Could be both are disabled. I think it depends on the disabled reason.

1. Okay, that's not exactly what I was looking to get answered, sorry. I am trying to determine what it means when an account is "disabled". I see that terminology used a lot in the connected account docs, i.e: https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/object#account_object-requirements-disabled_reason

1. Yeah it means payouts and/or charges aren't enabled due to not providing requirements before the deadline

So core functionality would be broken for that account
