@lament hatch I'm not sure we have any specific documentation for this. It's a card decline, the next step is to email your customer and ask them to come back to your app/website to enter new card details mostly

We have https://stripe.com/docs/declines/codes. We also have https://stripe.com/docs/error-handling?lang=node#catch-exceptions
maybe that's what you are after?
