Customer Portal is strange tooo

i have Free Plan, 2 plan, 3 plan

but if customer open Portal the first time he cant see any these plans

only if i subscribed him by PHP to Free Plan he can see list of Plans and can shoos other plan

yes that's entirely expected right now.
The Customer Portal allows you to manage an existing Subscription and the Pricing Table allows you to start a new subscription.

because it contains ALL list of subscriptions

and user can choose Free plan again
