unfortunately the invoice won't be sent until it gets created which is on subscription renewal
So, can I manually create an invoice in dashboard and send it to the customer?
in that case you would have duplicate invoices
Or is it possible to extend the due time for the next invoice?
you can always extend the due time in the settings
