If it helps, I've seen this happen before because they've used Stripe with another merchant and it has saved their info. You will need to work with support, but I thought that might help explain why that's happening.

Thanks everyone, yeah I think this user has used Link previously with a different merchant. Presumably before they moved and changed their phone #. Appreciate the help and sorry for not going to support first!
