Promotion codes are meant to be the customer facing codes
So you'd want to create promo codes for any coupons you have
And the customer would enter the promo code in the promo code slot. Coupons aren't meant to be customer facing
I have used the word "Coupon" for clients' discount codes; evidently, that's not correct. But this is for the site of a psychotherapist, and "Promotional Code" doesn't sound appropriate.
