Thanks. I have seen it. How do the user get notification to verify user document for express accounts
after every 6 months for example
For Express accounts, Stripe will take care of this by sending email to the account. For Custom accounts, it's the platform (you) who needs to take care of this.
Means express accounts verification is not done that means the user of connected account will not get an alert trying to withdraw money from an already complete transfer from platform account?

all connected accounts need to verify the identity infomation say after 6 months.
Then 6 months pass and the connected account person logs into our platform and sees he/she has a balance and whats to withdraw it via API
Will stripe tel him/her via an error message as he tries to withdraw?
That he needs to verify or its up to the platform to tell the user of connected account ?

Mostly you want to work with our Support team on verification questions via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login but in your specific case above, if there are outstanding requirements for an Express user then they will see those requirements in their Dashboard when they log in.
