Well I don't know how to make sure that when you click on a payment link, it returns to a shopping cart where several products can be combined there.

You can only have the products you selected when creating a Payment Link.
Otherwise you can use Stripe Checkout: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout
But I don't know if it's available for wordpress.
