What kind of issue you are having and what Stripe product you are using ?

we have done Applepay/Googlepay using payment-request-button in stripe

when we are trying to verify with visa saved card we are able to see the googlepay button but when we are using Amex creditcard then we are unable to see the googlepay button

It looks like Amex is supported by Google Pay:

Did you tried to use that card in other websites using Google Pay ?

Maybe there is some particularity in your card, try to use it in another Google Pay and see if it works
