Hi Jack I did infact try the 2nd on 4000000000005126 to see if that would transition to failed but talking to stripe support they said that card is related to linked refunds

it makes sense as the test page says it will send a charge.refund.updated webhook which seems to be for a linked refund

unlinked refund is a beta feature and I can't discuss this in discord.
