HTTPS is required for all wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.)
And Google Pay only works/appears if you add a card to your real Google account, not in the browser

Does it mean I cannot use 4242 card for the test and have to input my real card details?

yes you add a real card, and in Test mode we (Stripe) replace it with 4242
