What do you mean "manually transfer funds into a stripe source"?

Let's say we have an ACH deposit source object on stripe, and we want to maintain a balance in that source as sometimes we might withdraw more from the source than the funds in it at that time. So we are thinking of periodically topping it up with an amount to maintain a reserve for withdrawls
