The api integration with stripe is ok, I never had problems. the problem is that after inserting the custom domain in stripe, when I generate invoices to be paid in rise crm I am always brought back to checkout.stripe.com

Can you share your account id so that I can take a look at how your integration works? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

to clarify, the invoices that you generate to be paid, create a checkout url? do you have a test checkout url that you can share here?

hmmmm, if i look at the request to create that Checkout Session : https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_WCCqjBtuZd3JBC

it's actually returning the Checkout Session URL with your custom domain

i think you need to check where in your integration is it getting changed to checkout.stripe.com

yes you are right. Do you have any guesses as to how this problem occurs?

Couldn't there be a forced redirect on your end that brings everything back to the custom domain?

if you open that URL directly, you'll see that it always remains as your custom domain

so the only possibility is that some other part of your integration / app is changing the URL
