hello! can you share an Invoice id?

an invoice id starts with the prefix in_

or if that's not readily on hand, the subscription id would work too

The subscription happens and the invoice is shown but then we dont see it under payments tab or as part of the gross volume

That happened to all invoices ever since 11pm ET

we have an ongoing issue right now that is causing Dashboard search and API search to be delayed. If you want to be informed once the issue is resolved, I'd write in to Support to be kept updated on the resolution
