I don't know if integration means that plans sync over between systems, but I have subscription plans setup in LearnWorlds, so wouldn't it make since for the subscription plans to show up in the Stripe account as well?

Not sure. I would assume that they should show up in both places, but I don't know how LearnWorlds is set up. They might create new Stripe accounts for you, so you might be looking in the wrong account's dashboard or in the wrong place in the Dashboard.
