Hi 👋 this forum is intended for us to help answer questions about how to use our API to developers that are working on building custom Stripe integrations. So I don't think we'll be able to offer much insight here.
Personally I would suggest trying to reach out to your bank/card issuer to see if there are any options that they offer you.
They said no and to contact the seller. I've tried to contact the seller multiple times and he's been uncooperative. He keeps saying to me that I'll make my money back by using this course (e-commerce course)
For initiating a chargeback, it does look like contacting your bank is the approach that we recommend:

The only other thing that I can think of is to try reaching out to our support team if you believe the site is violating any of Stripe's terms or is running a business that we prohibit.
