You want to accept one-time payment? Then you have multiple options, like Checkout Session or Payment Element + PaymentIntent. You can learn more about both here: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment

Then yes it's possible, just create a PaymentIntent with payment_method and confirm:true.
