hi! I don't think we have something like that built in as something you can turn on in Checkout; but you might be able to use our Identity product separately

there's a demo of that product at https://identity.stripedemos.com/

so maybe you could use that to verify a user before you redirect them to Checkout , if you have signal that the person is possibly a fraud risk.
