No I don't think it will be converted twice. Any Stripe Account will receive fund in their country currency (based on the registered bank account currency) Wait, actually if you use Destination Charge then yes it will convert to your currency (since you are platform) then convert back to USD to reach the Connected Account
You will get paid in your local currency
One solution is to use on_behalf_of as the right next scenario https://stripe.com/docs/connect/currencies#destination-charges-on-behalf-of
