Yes. For example we have "card_payment" capability for connected accounts but it doesnt work for cross-boarder countries. I mean any other option like "card_payment" to make payout for cross-boarder countries

For instance I want customer from country "AM" to have an option making payout directly

I know that, one option is that platform can make a charge and then payout, but I'd like the customer to make payout instead

The fund has to be transferred from the platform to connected account. Customer has to make a payment on the platform first, then platform transfers the funds to the connected account.
