Hi Koopajah. Thanks. Just a second while I type it out.
So this is my situation.
A little less than a month ago, I started billing my Substack subscribers.
Upon upgrading to this on their site, it prompted me to create a stripe.com account (as you guys are their billing processor)
Anyways, the substack I have connected to this stripe account cannot give me any information regarding it. It simply says
Connected payout account
“kolin.substack” and when I click, prompts me to login on stripe.
Obviously because I’ve already started getting my payouts (available in my business checking account) I have an account with stripe. I think there is an issue with the email attached because I’m definitely not getting any from stripe, and I can’t login, (have tried every way possible)
My issue is I cannot get email support to send me anything other than very vague, non informative responses about my issue.
I just want to login to my account, but they are not assisting me in finding it. I just moved all of my user base to substack paid, so the amounts I’ll take in can be large monthly volume, and I am flying blind here.
So I guess the question is where do I go from here?
Because I have no login, I can’t request a callback on the website

Unfortunately this Discord server is for developers asking questions about our products/API. My advice is to contact Substack directly. They helped you set up your account with Stripe so that's where you need to start. I unfortunately have no way to help you here
