This test card will always be declined when attempting to attach to a Customer

If you want to test a declined payment you will need to directly update the Customer object using one of our Test PaymentMethod tokens: https://stripe.com/docs/testing?testing-method=payment-methods#declined-payments

Have you tried using our "decline after attaching" test card? It will allow you to attach the PM to a customer but will decline any recurring payments charged to it after. I think the always decline card is not attachable

The Decline after attaching card'd number is 4000000000000341 though you can also use pm_card_chargeCustomerFail or tok_chargeCustomerFail depending on what you are doing

Not to an existing one unfortunately. You will need to create a new test clock and then a new customer and subscription on that
