Unfortunately you need to request a refund through the merchant, There isn't anything we can do for you on our end.
Is there a way for the merchant to refund me though? He said no refunds but I looked up on the website and there is a way right?
That is up to the merchant and how they are integrated with Stripe. I cannot offer any advice on their capabilities
