👋 happy to help
I will clarify, that customer support suggested we remove the "on_behalf_of" parameter, but that is not acceptable as the transactions is taken by a 3rd party. The trouble is that the automated email itself contains the email of the connected account
Here is an example
On the pdf-s, everything is correct and the private information is hidden
If removing/hiding that email is not possible, is it possible to entirely disable sending that email at all?
Hi, I'm taking over my colleague.
contains the connected account email as well.
From your original message. Where is the email address located?
I don't see how is it possible. Basically, when you use on_behalf_of, you want to fully use the Connected Account branding for the transaction, that's why it's natural that their email address is shown.
But you can disable the receipts in your Dashboard settings: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/emails
Well we want to display some, but not all of the data. We don't want our users emailing our providers directly
So basically we should just disable it entirely?
Yes, this is an option.
Hey, taking over here. Let me know if there's any follow-up Qs I can answer!
