no details specifically about the integration at this point, just trying to add a live interac card and when doing either through the API or straight through the terminal it fails

the card is valid. when adding to the terminal, the reponse is still just showing that the card is invalid, is there something else my stripe account needs to be able to enable interac cards?

Sorry for the delay I'm looking into this but all I am seeing is a response that the card is incorrect.

im doing it via both the api and the stripe dashboard

you can see ive left cvc blank on one and just put in "111" on the other as interac cards do not have a cvc but neither worked

I thought this was for a Terminal integration. You're not using the reader to collect the Payment Method details?

so i first tested via the API, couldnt get it working. i also just tried it through the dashboard and noticed the same error

I'd recommend talking to our support team about this as they are experts on dashboard stuff and would be able to provide alternatives here, our team mostly works with the APIs and won't know exactly what's going on here

As far as I know, interac should be supported out of the box for online payments via the API. However I don't see relevant docs I can confirm my understanding with so I'd recommend talking to our support team to explore supportability.
