We don't know a lot about "specialist lending" are you having issues with Stripe API?
Are you seeing any particular error in?

no theres no errors there
essentially, specialist lending is just our managing account as we offer duologi finance on our site which is intergrated through them. However stripe is not connecting to our site to take the deposit payments

although once selecting the account the page goes white and times out

Probably you should reach out to them and see what's happening.

I've spoke to them and everything is connecting on their end, they are saying its a stripe issue
Duologi, the finance company, they said stripe provided them with that lnk
Probably they should reach out to us and tell us how they are doing the integration in order to understand how the connection is done.

Duologi have spoken with stripe a couple of times already, any chance you can pull up the ticket?
Have they not been able to resolve the issue?
from what I know its unresolved, and i'm being told the issue is on stripes end
The issue is being worked on by Stripe and Duologi, they shall notify you when it's resolved.

The issue seems to definitely between duologi and stripe as customers are able to create their application, be accepted, but when it comes to taking deposit they cannot get past this page as it times out
This is the issue that needs to be resolved between Stripe and Duologi, I am not aware of all the details of the relationship. Please check with Duologi on the progress of the fix.
