Hi there!

When you do an MIT transactions, two main things can happen:

The payment succeeds right away
Or the payment requires authentification and you need to ask your customer to come back to your website/app to go though the 3EDS flow
We strongly recommend merchant to handle both cases

yes I'm aware of that and we will handle both. I just want to make sure MIT would also work for the situation where SCA is not widely required (like in the US) , and it is not something specifically designed only for SCA flow

No there's nothing specific. If you handle both cases I mentioend above then everything will work with or without SCA.

That's great . And in case you know: is SCA only for Europe ? A bit googling seems to suggest it is also required in Canada ?
