Hello! Are you looking in the platform's dashboard, or the connected account's?
Ah I think I see the issue - when you're looking at the dashboard in the connected account are you in test or live mode?
I get the "do you mean live mode" message, but it is in live mode
though it does seem like the connect account is viewable in both test and live mode for some reason

Account needs to be activated/fulfill requirements

the customers were attached successfully, so it's weird that we can't see them
also as you can see from the URL this is in live mode, even though the error message seems to suggest otherwise
Did you click the "view customer in live mode" button?
yes, that takes me to https://dashboard.stripe.com/customers/cus_NKfYaNx1Qdmf0z, which doesn't exist because the customer is a connect customer
